There are a number of phone-related factors that can affect your experience.
Airplane Mode - Switching Airplane mode on and off in your phone settings will disconnect and reconnect your phone with the network and may resolve any temporary connection problems.
Restart your phone - This may solve lots of temporary problems with a phone – a bit like rebooting a PC. Modern phones are like complex small computers and restarting them will often resolve temporary problems.
Phone Software - Update your phone’s operating system to the latest version of the software provided by the manufacturer. The updates often include fixes to bugs which can improve your phone’s performance on the network.
Check your SIM Card - If you are seeing error messages on the phone screen related to the SIM card or if the display shows no network signal at all in lots of different places then this can mean that the SIM is not inserted properly. Try removing and reinserting the SIM to see if this resolves the problem.
